Hi, I’m Joline, founder of BrightHorn Consulting. For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked with small nonprofits doing meaningful work with limited resources.
When teams are stretched thin, the day-to-day tasks—the ones that keep fundraising, operations, administration, and systems running smoothly—are often the first to be pushed aside. I help make sure those details don’t get overlooked, because when they do, they tend to turn into much bigger problems.
Small organizations don’t just need one type of support—they need a unicorn. I bring together fundraising strategy and execution, donor communications and storytelling, database management, and day-to-day administrative support so leaders can stay focused on growth, impact, and the big picture.
In my current role, I’ve led fundraising strategy across annual appeals, Giving Tuesday campaigns, gala events, and major gift efforts—helping raise $1M+ annually for the past three years. From donor segmentation and campaign messaging to event logistics and volunteer coordination, I manage the moving pieces behind the scenes and create more opportunities for donors to give at every level.
Ultimately, my goal is to make fundraising and operations feel less overwhelming—so organizations can spend more time focusing on the work that matters most.
